1. Breif Introduction of insulating glass unit sealing robot
This sealing robot ZDJ-V28.5 is the glue applicator for the second sealing of insulating glass (the glue applicator for the first sealing is butyl coating machine). After sealing by the sealing robot, the insulating glass has completed all production procedures (glass original sheet - cleaning and drying - placement of aluminum frame - IG unit plate pressing - sealing)
2. Main Features of Sealing Robot
1) Gluing part adopts special relocation mechanism
2) Sealing width is adjustable by inputting parameter
3) Sealing depth can be detected automatically
4) The sealing speed is controlled by sealing depth and gluing quantity
5) Adding glue on the IG unit corner
6) All important electric elements, adopt imported famous brand products, such as Servo motor, controller, low-voltage apparatus, sensors, fiber optic photo switches and so on
7) Hydraulic glue, through pressure on the hydraulic station
8) Adopts Touch screen man-machine interface
9)Automatic digital control system by servo motor
